Hello, I am Sarah.

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Sex and Relationship Therapist, EMDR Therapist and Clinical Supervisor.

I have a diverse range of experience working alongside Young People experiencing mental health difficulties and with Adults who have experienced Trauma including domestic abuse and sexual violence. I also specialise in Psychosexual therapy which offers a therapeutic space to explore the impact of sexuality, relationships and sexual function issues.

As a therapist, I feel passionate about ensuring that people receive therapy to professional and ethical standards, by  qualified and verified therapists, which is why we put together Rhiamy Counselling. It is important to me that clients feel safely held in the therapeutic space and that there is an honouring and respect of diversity, a persons lived experience, and how they experience the world.

As a therapist, I work relationally alongside clients, drawing upon a pluralistic approach, to best suit the client and what is important to them. Keeping the needs of the client at the heart of the work.
